Status Visibility
We are continuing to expand our growing, web-based network of users who can see and track their plans through its various stages within our office. Our 2008 initiatives will provide all levels of the building supply chain with real-time online status of your plans.
2nd Day & Next Day
Through visible metrics and process control, we are able to offer daily a limited number of plans to be processed by 10am (PST) the Next or 2nd business day, allowing our customers to land last-minute bids that were out of their reach before.

Training
Because of our controlled environment and scaleable production model, our incoming drafters and estimators receive unparalleled training. The expertise of each associate determines their rank, as an apprentice, senior apprentice or a journeyman. Each associate must pass several measurable training landmarks before advancing.

Visible Metrics
Our proprietary software allows us to track productivity, quality and efficiency to ensure we provide consistent, reliable work. With real-time data, we are able to objectively evaluate the effectiveness of our processes and associates

Process Control
Our goal is to get the information off the blue print and into a take-off or layout as fast as possible with little or no error. By leveraging our visible metrics and applying the documented preferences of our customers, we are able to consistently accomplish these objectives.

Preference Documentation
We surface and capture our customer’s rules of business so we can consistently deliver exactly the product they’re asking for.
This is done in a collaborative effort with our customer and stored in our wiki site. This tool gives web viewing and editing capability to all necessary parties.
