Our estimators and designers are experienced in everything from high density housing structures to pole barns, from Southern California mansions to a square mile of production homes. Customer Service

Through relational data management, Precision makes the knowledge we gain about your project available to you at critical points in your business process, helping you leverage our expertise and service. For instance, in our HDH process, we coordinate strategic conference calls with our clients to ensure the knowledge we have acquired about the project is transferred to the field.

Our Notes Page functions to flag potential problem areas, identify the data we worked with in making a decision, and then clarify our conclusion. Many sales reps have found this to be an extremely effective tool when presenting their bid to a builder. It demonstrates the thoroughness that has gone into the bid by surfacing problems before they hit the jobsite.

Detail Glossary

Ever tried to explain the difference between rake soffit and eave soffit? How about explaining barge trim or Z-metal? A picture is worth a thousand words, and our detail glossary is designed to visually clarify questions about framing applications that your customers may have.

Communication

Our producers strive to solve problems and clarify ambiguous situations that often exist on a plan. From calling the architect and engineer to communicating with you, our estimators and designers strive to surface the issues during the bid process, instead of having these issues surface during construction.

Online Tracking

We offer real-time, up-to-the-minute status of all plans as they progress through each check point. Visibility can be extended to you and to your customer through secure log in.

Reprographics

We create an electronic file of each plan that is logged into our system. Need another copy, or a hard-copy sent to a third party? Under your direction our reprographics department can print and ship a copy to whomever you need.
