Our material lists make the logic of the estimator visible so that modifications to the list can be made without guess work, or needing to redo the entire list. We offer consolidated reports on our Itemized Material List to make bidding and shipping a job easy.

Itemized Material List (IML)
This list is designed for the field. Products are broken up by pack and cross referenced by application so that our logic is visible and changes are easy.

Consolidated Ship List
The quantities are exactly the same as found in the IML, but within each pack, all like products are consolidated into a single line item. This list is primarily used for quoting and shipping single family projects.

Direct Ship List
The quantities, again, are exactly the same as found in the IML, but all like products within the entire project are consolidated into a single line item. This list is primarily used for quoting high-density housing and commercial projects.

If choice is needed, Precision Estimating currently produces layouts in 4 platforms, including BC Framer and Wood-E Cad. In addition, with our AutoCAD personnel we can specify and tailor layouts regardless of manufacturer limitations.
