Confirmation Email
Once your plan arrives in our office and we verify the necessary information we need to enter it into our system, we’ll send you a confirmation email confirming that your plan has been received and logged in.

Plan Information: The “Subject” will always be the name of the project, so you can reference it easily in your inbox.

Status: Specifies the status of the plan, whether Logged-in, On-Hold, etc.

Reference: Our reference number along with your purchase order number are clearly placed for easy referencing.

Web Tracking: Web link is provided for additional information including the Take-Off Documents, EWP Documents, Forms, etc.

Contact Information: The email sender’s name is shown should you need to contact him with questions.

Plan Flow Notes: Critical conversations and information that you should know about but should not be given to your customer are recorded here. Each note is stamped with the name of the author, date and time so you know what we know.



Completion Email
Once we’ve completed the Take-Off and/or the EWP Layout, a Completion Email is sent. The Take-Off and/or EWP layout and any additional files will be available by clicking the WEB TRACKING link in the body of the email.





Status: Specifies the status of the plan, in this case On Hold status that it has been placed on.
