** Next & 2nd Day Service levels have a limited capacity and are available on a first-come first-serve basis. Plans must be received by 2 p.m. You will receive an email by 3 p.m. either confirming that the plan is scheduled for the requested service or giving you the next-best option if the capacity for that service is already filled and unavailable that day.

A credit of $100 per day (up to the full cost of the take-off or layout) will
be issued for each day we are late on a project.

SINGLE-FAMILY - DEFINITION
A plan that is =< 8-plex in size, a storage building, a barn, a garage, or a shop falls into this category.

 

Returned when you need it      Plans submitted must contain the bid date for      the project. Precision will return your Take-      Off 2 working days** before the bid date      which gives you time to price out the list.      This allows us to reorder all plans in our      queue and return your job to you when you      need it.

** We will let you know the first day if we do not have capacity to handle your project within the required time. At this time we will also provide the next-best option on how fast we can process your plan.



MULTI-FAMILY / COMMERCIAL - DEFINITION
A plan > 8-plex, a church, a school, a restaurant, an office building, or a structure that contains retail space falls into this category.
