Years back we posed a question to dozens of Outside Sales Reps across the nation. “What is keeping you from doubling your business?” Aside from a rotten boss, slow market, etc., we heard a common theme in all the answers. “I can’t get out of the office and away from this paperwork to spend more time with my builders.” Our next question was, “what is keeping you from delegating your paperwork?" Their response was, “I can’t. No one understands how I want it done and can deliver it back to me on time.”

We tackled this challenge and we call the solution The Combined Service Process. Clients now tell us they cannot sell without it!

A sales manager’s trick is information; he cannot excel at his job without it. We collect information on each job which is stored in a centralized data base. We then pull and send activity reports from this data base which allow the sales manager to be more effective at directing his sales force.

A unique login gives each sales rep the ability to view their jobs or a sales manager the ability to view all the jobs for his sales group.
