On Hold Email
A plan is placed On Hold when information is missing and we are unable to produce an accurate Take-Off or EWP layout. Immediately, upon the plan being placed On Hold, an On Hold Email is sent to all relevant parties with an explanation within the Plan Flow Notes section.

Plan Information: The “Subject” will always be the name of the project, so you can reference it easily in your inbox.
Email Notification: Quickly and accurately relays the important information to reference:
Status: Specifies the status of the plan, in this case On Hold status that it has been placed on.
REFERENCE: Our reference number along with your purchase order number are clearly placed for easy referencing.
WEB TRACKING: Web link is provided for additional information including the Take-Off Documents, EWP Documents, Forms, etc.
CONTACT INFORMATION: The email sender’s name is shown should you need to contact him with questions.
PLAN FLOW NOTES: Critical conversations and information that you should know about but should not be given to your customer are recorded here. Each note is stamped with the name of the author, date and time so you know what we know.

Off Hold Email

Status: Status has changed to Off Hold. The issue at hand has been resolved and progress on the plan will resume.
