AXIS is about visibility. See your plans in process, check revision dates, or access Take-Off or EWP Layout files. AXIS keeps track of current and past jobs and gives you access to them 24/7 anywhere you can get on the internet.

Your unique log in allows you to see all the jobs you currently have in our office, and an archive of your past jobs. Don’t have a login or need help logging on? Contact us for more information!

Begin typing in the search bar to search all your plan records (remember to turn your filters off if you want to search all past jobs). You can search by Project Name, by Dealer, by Builder, by PO, etc.

In Progress = Plans that are currently in our office being actively worked on
On Hold = Plans that are missing key information, which is being actively requested from necessary parties
Invoice Ready = Plans that have been completed and will be part of the next billing cycle
Invoiced = Plans that have been invoiced and will now be handled by Accounts Receivable

Status = “Days in Process” and other time-sensitive information
Details = Project Name, Plan Revision Dates, PO#’s, etc.
Invoice Items = Billable items for this plan
Contacts = Relevant people associated with this job (i.e. Builder, Engineer, etc).
Plan Flow Notes = Conversations and information that are recorded during the Take-Off / EWP Layout process
Files = The latest job files along with their upload date

To change your password click “Edit My Account.” Then enter your current password, your new password, and click “Change Password.” “Return to Plans Tracker” will take you back to the main tracking page.
