General Contractors buy our Take-Offs because they are designed for the field with the framer in mind. By controlling the Take-Off creation you (the GC) ensure that all bids submitted by the dealers and the framers are created from the same Take-Off. This provides you with the following benefits.

On Turn-Key Projects:
  1. You can audit the material portion of the framer’s bid
  2. You control the product specification used for all bids (i.e. eliminate unwanted value-engineering liberties that may be taken by the bidders)
On Non-Turn-Key Projects:
  1. You can audit the framer’s use of the material in the project
